The Garmin Nuvi 550 automobile navigator is perfect if you travel frequently, both in the city and in the wilderness. It is perfect to take along on your bicycle trips or on fishing outings to keep you going in the right direction.

The Nuvi 550 is compact in size, with it's 3.5 inch display and 7.9 ounces of weight, making it the perfect navigator to carry in your pocket or backpack.

The 3.5-inch color touchscreen display has a 320 x 240-pixel resolution, making it a cinch to read in the brightest sunlight or on a rainy day. The Nuvi 550's easy to use interface means you won't waste valuable time searching for information. You can spend that time enjoying your trip. By utilizing Garmin's Connect Photos website, you can choose from tons of geo-located photos provided by Google's Panoramio photo sharing community and simply download them to your Nuvi so you can have actual pictures as a guide.
