With an SD card slot which offers compatibility with the optional BlueChart g2 Vision card, the unit's mapping capabilities are enhanced with features. These include high-resolution aerial reference photos to assist with navigating tricky channels and inlets, or for finding spots like local marinas or other points of interest(POI).
The built-in sounder on the 535s can scan as deep as 900 feet to clearly paint depth contours, fish targets, structure, etc.
The vision card also allows the unit to give graphical depictions in a true 3D mariner's-eye view from topside, or from a fish-eye underwater perspective.
