The Garmin GPSMAP 440s is a fully loaded GPS/chartplotter and no smaller boat should be without it. If you own a small boat and are limited with console space but demand the very best, the Garmin GPSMAP 440s is the unit for you. The GPSMAP 440s has a 4 inch QVGA display that is crystal clear and viewable in direct sunlight or at night. The Garmin 440s's built-in antenna is ideal for any open boat, and the BNC connection for the optional remote antenna provides perfect reception for the boat that sports a T-top or a hard top. The GPSMAP 440s great for small boats or as a back up GPS.

The Garmin GPSMAP 440s comes equipped with built- in 500 watt sounders, making it perfect for the serious fisherman. Included is a dual-frequency, 50/200 kHz transom mount transducer which is ideal for shallow and deep water performance alike.

The 440s can read to depths up to 1,500 feet. It has the features of high-end sonar for enhanced target visibility.

Garmin GPSMAP 440s is pre-loaded with BlueChart G2 data for all of the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii as well as detailed charts for the Bahamas. The data includes detailed coastlines, navaids, depth contours, wrecks, and restricted areas, as well as tides. The capabilites of the 440s can be enhanced with the addition of a BlueChart G2 vision chart. The vision charts add high-resolution photomapping with real picture arial views of ports and harbors, marinas, waterways and other points of interest (POI).

Standard on the Garmin GPSMAP 440s are audible alarms for anchor drag, waypoint, proximity to your target location and more.

The unit is waterproof to IPX7 standards and can

connect to a DSC VHF radio so that sending, receving and displaying data is easy.

The Garmin GPSMAP 440s measures 5.7 inches wide, 5 inches high and is 2.7 inches in diameter. It comes with a 1 year warranty.
